Bluebird

Morning all! Thank you for all your comments and support. Quitting smoking is by the far the hardest thing that I have ever tried to do. On the upside, half of my kitchen cabinets are repainted.

I did stop long enough to make a quick card. I used Sweet and Sassy Bluebird. For the background I seen the technique on Pinterest to use a pencil eraser and Distress Ink to make the polka dots.

Have a safe and blessed day.

  1. Good luck with the quitting and the painting of the other half of the kitchen cabinets. Timing your quitting with you're spring clean and decorating sounds like a good plan that will have a lot of benefits for you. I love your card and the idea for the background works so well.

Just think when the decorating is done, how lovely and clean and fresh it will be - no nasty cigarette smells - honest!
Keep it up - one day at a time.(I counted the days for about 12 weeks after stopping and could tell you exactly how many days it was!0
