Apple Card
I made this shaped apple card from a site I just happened upon. http://www.usefuldiy.com/diy-card-in-the-form-of-apple/
I cropped the layout from the picture and enlarged it to make a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card side. I used photo paper so I would get the shine. I added the quilled flowers to the side, butterfly buttons and Thank You in white vinyl. Hope you enjoy it!

This is how I cropped the apple out of the pic using Silhouette.
Draw a box around the part you want to crop.
Select the box and the image.
Click the Modify button and then crop.
Select the Trace button, Select trace area and Trace Outer Edge. (I used defaults for settings)
Resize to 4.505 and 10.60 to fit into a 4 1/4" by 5 1/2" envelope.

Heart conversation card
Good Morning! I found this lovely little project at http://extremecards.blogspot.com/2014/01/conversation-heart-circle-card.html. Had to try it! The instructions are wonderful. The zip filed contained Silhouette files. Love my Cameo!
I used red glitter paper for the front and back and added a quilled flower to the front. Mom loved it!
Decided to try challenges so I entered into the following:

Oval Accordion card
Todays post is a card I made called accordion. I made it to open with 3 ovals. I seen a die that I could not justify buying for a few uses so I created it in Silhouette. I love the way it turned out. Hope you all enjoy it also.
I used 3 other files from Silhouette store.

Monogram Cardstock Bookmark
2014 and what a start. Snow, Cold, snow, cold, and repeat so far. Hard to get motivated but I have decided to set my mind to it so that I can make it till Spring. My hands are not cooperating because of the cold. I made a bookmark for me and Mom. I seen a blank acrylic bookmark with a round top perfect for monograms.
Since I don't need a lot of them, I decided to create it out of cardstock and vinyl. Below is the directions.
I used kk monogram from dafont.com (http://www.dafont.com/monogram-kk.font)
Hope you can understand my photos. You can use other shapes from your library to make different toppers.
Enjoy and have a nice day.
